Anyone heard this rumour? I hear they will appear on the Mtv video music awards on the 7th of next month. With all these rumours, who knows, but it sounds like a good idea though since everyone knowa what happened in 96, this would be a great way to offically announce the return of the "Diamond One". What do you think?

Well if it does happen, no bitchin' from track 5 that is for sure. LOL. It's been thrown around for awhile now, but who knows what will happen. Cool if it does though. Thats what track 5 thinks. Out

I'd rather not see the guys return to the scene of the crime. I much rather see a news conference type situation, but face it, MTV kinda goes with the territory. If you were a once great band tryin' to get back into the public conscience, the MTV awards is the place to do it.

Now's the time for a stupid question. Is that why mTV2 is playing VH hours??? I stayed up til 1:00 am watching and it was a nice surprise from the usual stuff they play. It made me wonder why they're playing so much VH tho'. Does anybody know?? The best part was watching the concert for Fair Warning that they taped in Oakland as that was my first VH concert. It's nice to relive it once again. It was an awesome show. They showed videos that aren't on the BOVH video tape.

I emailed Brad about the MTV awards and he said "there are no plans for an appearance"

You guys need to stop getting so upset. You have to be patient. When they are ready van halen will let the news out. I doubt they will be on the mtv music awards. It would be a terrible thing to do. One reason is of what happened last time. Just wait and listen to some old vh tunes...what ever will be will be. sorry guys im just a little sick of all the stupid rumors. sorry

I hate to say it but I think the only Van Halen we will see at the MTV awards on Sept 7th will be a shot of Eddy in the crowd with Wolfie there to see Brittany Spears!
