OK, you have made one hell of a wild claim. But, there have been MANY claims here in the past few months that have not panned out. With a bit of reasoning and justification behind your claim, please explain why we should take your rumor seriously? October might be a reasonable time frame for them to have worked with. One has to wonder why WB would be looking at October, if they really are. If the album is at a point where a release can start to be scheduled, why not do it sooner rather than later?

If the album was done we would have an annoucment. Thats how it works.
WB has NO IDEA as to what is going on with Van Halen. Why should they, they aint paying for anything.
When the album is ready WB will be told and the announcment made.
