One of the relatively few highlights from the Office Depot show, technically in Sunrise, not Fort Lauderdale. The lack of focus exhibited by the band members during this song would get far worse on other tunes. This show was delayed for a week because of hurricanes hitting the area at the time.

Not bad, considering what tour that came from. Can I now consider Sam as actually singing 7 classic VH songs instead of the 6 I had counted before? Does this count?

I dunno...maybe it was where we were seated (thanks a bunch, presale :brickwall ) but the sound was uniformly awful. We were on Ed's side, 10 rows back and about 35 high. Ed had used suntan lotion to write 5150 on his chest while laying in the sun (or so it appeared) and seemed to be unsteady and yelling unintelligible nonsense into the mic all evening. "Humans Being" (among other tunes) was notable for being virtually unlistenable, as I recall.

I was down on the floor around the 10th row and I thought that Ed sounded pretty good but he was definitely acting batshit crazy. I remember that suntan lotion thing. I have the boot but haven't listened in a long time. I'll have to refresh myself on Humans Being.
