I also think it's HUGE that Sam and Dave is mentioned on SNL! Just goes to show you how HOT this tour is!

Granted, any publicity is still just that, it's publicity that shapes popular opinion that has influence in this culture. Just look around.....

I started laughing as soon as they put the picture of Sam and Dave up. I told my wife (who was on the net at the time) to listen. She got a big kick out of the punchline. I didn't mind it either.

I thought it was a funny joke. If you are into Dave and don't have a sense of humor, you're missing the point.

And as for SNL, they have improved lately but Mad TV is much better.
