Are you referring to the original hot sauce, or the relatively newer BBQ sauce?

It's like every other celebrity endorsed hot sauce. Red, vinegar based and overpriced.

I'll give you that. Let's face it, the market for hot sauces is indeed a broad one, much like the celebrity labeled wines out there now. Do you really wish to swallow a glass of "Jeff Gordon"?
But I will say this regarding Mike's hot sauce: It truly tastes as if some genuine care and attention went into the product from his end, rather than merely signing a contract and slapping his name on some discounted bottles of "Trappey's".
As for the BBQ sauce, a very dear friend of mine recently sent me a bottle, that I am hanging onto like a fine old cognac, waiting for the correct cut of meat to savor it with. Truly splendid stuff. :thumb:

lol..i was looking at the ad on the side when I asked..i'm guessing the new hot stuff and not barbeque..
is it better than Joe Perry's?...
I'm thinking about making some hot sauce...right after I make my 2nd million...since i missed my 1st one.

The XXXtra Hot Sauce is a much better product than the original. The fiery the better, in these here parts. Plus the black label stuff's got more of an oakey mesquite roasted thing goin' on.
Try it with pizza, burgers, tacos, and of course Mad Anthony cocktails.
This concludes today's promotional blitz for Mad Anthony Incorporated.

You mean he isn't making this stuff at home in the kitchen and bottling it himself

You know...from all the gushing on this post, it sounds like Mike has finally found his true calling. Let's let the whole VH thing move on, huh?
1) He never had the Rock Star mentality.
2) He never looked like a Rock Star.
3) He was a good...but certainly not revolutionary bassist.
4) Ed (and therefore Al) had a problem with him.
5) He's apparently perfected a "oakey mesquite roasted"-esque hot sauce.
Everyone's happy!

It's like a sore d**k, you can't beat it!
Seriously, the barbeque sauce taste great on a roast after it has been slow cooked in a crock pot.
What's next? A damn cookbook?
