I've read a few of the chapters from Sam's book (thanks Jimmy T) and I was curious as to when it will actually be released. Anyone have any idea? The few chapters I've read have not only been great fro VH and Hagar fans, but there's a lot about the music industry in general.

Sam pulled the release because of the things that were said about the brothers. He did not want to create anymore hard feelings than there already was between them. There was a complete copy sold on ebay but it's believed to have been bought by someone in Sam's circle because it's never surfaced.

This is true and noone knows exactly what came of the Ebay sale, if it was even legit.
About the book:
Apparently, Sam dictacted the book to the writer and either the written version was not what Sam said or Sam did not want to publish so much dirt on VH (probably a combination of the 2) so Sam scrapped the book and had to sue (and won) to prevent it from being published. There was no actual book ever printed, it was just a rough draft for Sam's approval. The 2 chapters are the only chapters that have surfaced and its unlikely the rest of the book will ever be published.
