My guess is like the many celebrities who start to age he had a little tuck here and there, as well as definately dying his hair as well. Obviously the hi-lights are not original.

So what are you asking? You don't quite make it clear. Are you asking if Sam's had a face lift? Don't know. He looks fairly good for his age. However, I think it's due to genetics and/or fairly healthy living. If Sam has had a face lift his skin would be totally tight. His skin is a little puffy. Not much, but a little.
