Just wondering why it says I have "3 new Private Messages" up there under my 'Hello Sweet Irony'.... I have read all the messages Ive received...
There are 3 sent messages that were read hours ago...

Not a big deal, just curious...this has been the case all afternoon, and the notice hasnt gone away whether there are 1 or 2 new messages, or none...

Next time you log on they should be gone, I'm not quite sure why it is doing that.

I have just the opposite problem - I had a private message, but no notification. If I hadn't decided to check my juno mail for the first time in probably a month, I never would've known about it!

Near the bottom of the "profile" section (where we put our fave song, what user image we want etc) there is a yes/no option for whether you want to be emailed with notification when a PM comes in for you.

Yeah, I got the email, but I didn't get the notification at the top of the main page as I have for prior ones.

Billy might have just been a fluke, it happened to me a few days ago too, but I got notified on the board today when I had some.
