I know it's an old rumor(kind of) but on WYSP here in Philly the dj John Debella said that the rumor is VH is in a NY recording studio and that David Lee Roth was quoted that the music the band is recording is the harder than ever. We'll have to wait and see!

Hey man I was listening to WYSP on m way home from work tonight and Matt and Huggy both said that the reissues were going to have 2 additional unreleased tracks called "Sammy Suck" and "WTF Gary Cherone?" I'm just repeating what they said on the radio. It's ment to be a joke. I don't think they're in NY...

For some reason I can't picture Dave saying that the music is "harder than ever".
I don't see them doing anything harder than what they did back on the first 6 albums.
Its not their style to be a "heavy metal" band, they are a hard rock band.
Leave the heavy shit to bands like Pantera and such.
Thats why I don't but this rumour at all.
Unless Dave meant that it is harder to come up with the songs than it has ever been or harder for him to sing.
Either way I don't buy it for an instant.

When in VH's ENTIRE history, did they EVER record an album in NYC? Answer: Never.

Why would they start now when they have a prefectly good studio in L.A. ?
