New Forum Graphics!

As you may or may have noticed, slowly some of the board graphics have been changing. Top Timmy has been ruining all of my hard work from months past http://216.10.25.192/vhlforum/smilies/wink.gif, and has been redoing most of the graphics to better fit with the site's new look. Looks like we've got most of them changed, but I'm sure he will spot a few others that need to be updated. He's a work animal, can't get him to stop. http://216.10.25.192/vhlforum/smilies/smile.gif
