DMAN got a scoop from his source (this is the 5/15/00 thing) and got real excited (just like the rest of us). He said on the friday before. And I quote. "Barring disaster, 2 days to go".
Nothing happened. Then we suddenly heard that Eddie has cancer. Does that qualify as a disaster to you guys?
As for flames, it ain't DMAN that's getting stressed here. He just tells us what he can 'cos he's a nice guy. I've spent a lot of time posting with this guy and he doesn't seem the type to wind us up. Besides, if he was posting shit to wind us up, surely he'd have got to the punchline by now and started laughing. He hasn't yet as far as I can tell.

I didn't comment on the validity of DMAN's source. When I saw that it was from north of the border it did make me suspicious. I take everybodies rumours with a pinch of salt(of course) but see no reason to argue about them. I wouldn't want to put myself 100% for or against ANY rumour as I have no proof myself. DMAN tells us stuff and it keeps us entertained. Why argue? Why put someone down when you know no more than anybody else? When the facts come out from the official source. THEN I'll be in a position to say whether something is BS.

Well it's cool to just relay messages or rumors you've heard about, but everytime this fella opens his mouth nothing happens. I take every rumor with a "pinch of salt" but this guy would require me to take a tablespoon full. He sets himself up EVERYTIME! I'm with Ford either he is extremely stupid or he is part of the problem. Not once has this fella been accurate. It is amusing how some will continue to believe him after his info. has been proven false. He is entertaining though. It makes me laugh everytime he speaks.
