Is there anyone out there who can help me figure out the year my Kramer Baretta was made? The number on the back is F10742.
If a description helps here goes
Metallic Blue body
Reverse Pointy headstock
Maple neck w/ Rosewood fretboard
Jackson Floyd

Jackson Tuners

I just looked at this site for you. www.kramermaniaxe.com (http://www.kramermaniaxe.com) This is a great site and should get you started on your search. Good luck!

Jackson tuners and a Jackson Floyd on a Kramer? Are you sure about that? I have only known Kramers to have Schaller tuners and Original Floyds. Did you buy this guitar used? If so the previous owner may have swapped the original hardware for Jackson hardware. Why on earth they would do that is beyond me, but anyway it could take away from the worth of the instrument in the future.

BrownSound1 I did get the guitar used so to the best of my knowledge nothing was changed on it. I will be the first to admit I am not an expert or anything remotely close when it comes to guitars. I only started learning guitar about a year and a half ago and really haven't devoted much time to it. I'm not trying to stub on any toes here, so if you tell me that Kramers came with Schallers and Kramer Floyds then I will take your word for it.

I have to agree with Brownsound. I had an original Baretta I, and it came with Schallers, and a floyd. Same color as yours except it had gold hardware.

Thanks Bam2266
I looked at the site and I think I have an 86 or 87 Baretta that was made in America. It does however look like the tuners and floyd was changed. This kinda pissed me off! Does anyone have suggestions on what tuners and floyd I should look to replace the Jackson stuff?

Real Schallers and a real Floyd. Go to Ed Romans. Good luck.
