I am a fan of Sammy - I'm going to see him and Mikey on Thursday. But I have to say that overall, I do like the Dave era better. There are just so many more songs that kick ass! SO many more.

I just finished reading Crazy From the Heat. Yeah, several years late, but I finally read it. What an amazing life Dave has had! I would love to read more about his world travels. The parts about touring and getting fished are hilarious. Ah, if only I were 5 years older, I would have seen the Mighty VH live. Can't call it the Mighty Van Halen with Sammy. Just doesn't fit.
