This may sound strange but I am an avid guitarist who has always had a soft spot for piano. To make a long story short I was listening to vhradio.com the other night while I was going to sleep and "How Many Say I" popped on. I've heard this song at least 50 times before but this time was different. For some reason I felt inclined to learn how to play it on piano. I happened to find the sheet music fo it online but really had no idea how to go about playing it. Take for granted all I know about reading sheet music is, Every, Good, Boy, Does, Fine, and FACE. I also know where to find middle C on a piano so I had a bit of a start. I checked out a few sites dealing with piano music and low and behold I went over to a friends house and within' an hour or so I could play "How Many Say I" Amazing I thought to myself! For someone who always wanted to learn piano but never did due to the fact that I thought I would be looked at as a sissy, I now at 19 years of age am making my childhood dream come true. Noww I know playing one song doesn't mean shit but hey it is a start. I have found a few other VH songs like "Jump" and "Not Enough" that I am working on but I was wondering if anyone knows a good place to find all the other Keyboard/piano VH song's music? Another question I had concerns buying a keyboard. I'd like to purchase a good one but have no idea what to look for. Can anyone give me some insight? Anyway I just wanted to share that story.

Lead Synth is the resident keyboardist of VHForums.

Her page at www.vhvault.com/1989 (http://www.vhvault.com/1989) is pretty cool; it has a bunch of MIDI files of her playing VH songs. http://www.vhforums.com/vhlforum/smilies/cool.gif

A very good keyboard is the KORG Trinity or Triton. But they aren't cheap. (about 3'000$)

Thanks Jared. Actually, I don't have tons of MIDI files (there are sites that have way more) but I do have some VH sheet music. Drop me an email and I'll help you find whatever you need.
