Have any of you guys heard the new cd yet? I've been wearing it out this week! Love it! Awesome sound, but what do you expect from Kevin Shirley?? I hope VH has this guy producing and mixing their new cd!

Maybe I've missed something. Has Jimmy Page joined the Black Crows? When did that happen?
Jimmy Page has been touring with the Black Crowes this summer. The show covers a LOT of zeppelin songs with some black crowes songs thrown in for good measure. I heard it and it does indeed sound excellent. Jimmy Page sure picked a good band to redo all those classic Zep songs with. Its worth checking out if your a Zeppelin fan....

The Crows were opening up for Page/Plant and Jimmy and the boys become friends, Page asked them after the tour if they would be his "backing" band for a gig in Europe (I think). They sounded so good that they decided to tour and record a live album. So I think it would be more like The Crows joined Jimmy Page!http://216.10.25.192/vhlforum/smilies/smile.gif

Custard Pie sounds perfect on that CD.
