Maybe these people have heard the music and know that we are in for a treat. I don't go for hype but I do find myself a little excited about this coming CD.

It's about time we had a real rock band and it seems as though these boys want to give us just that. Time will tell, but I will be shelling out a few euros on the off-chance this is what I hope it might be....

I've had three different people ask me who he was when I was explaining how pumped I was for this CD to come out. Each time I explained he was the drummer for the RHCP. Each replied something along the lines of, "Oh, ok...I know that band, but only know what the lead singer & bass player look like." To which I replied, "Imagine Will Ferrell with a baseball cap on backwards & you know exactly what he looks like."

I believe they are already out there. I post at uff.com, and someone posted a lot of pics of Sam's appearance at his bar opening in St Louis. In one of the pics there is a guy in the background with one on. I asked about it but never got an answer if they were already to print. Definitely gonna snag one when they hit the streets.

The only thing that gives them any redemption for the name is that it was originally a filler. If they had spent some serious effort and Chickenfoot was the best they could do after a brainstorming session, that would be worse.
