No no he ain't crazy. See what happens is when you move and or/delete topic, the forum that thread was in has its config file deleted too (where the last forum post URL is), and until someone posts again in that forum to recreate the file, the last post area is blank. To me it looks like a bug, but the UBB people say it's a designed behavior. I might try to fix it, I don't like that.
