Check this link out. I don't know if this is true but I figured I would post this in the Main Discussion for everyone to see. I understand if this has to be moved to the Rumor Mill. Check it out!!!

Al and I are the real Van Halen. There could always be Van Halen as long as it's me and Al. But if there was no Dave, this place would be pretty empty tonight. - EVH during a 1984 pre-concert interview before that night's sold out show

And there's only one David Lee. I'm the fun in Van Halen, always will be. - David Lee Roth

When classic Van Halen is together it's like one person. When I say 'I' in this respect, I mean my whole cadre that I am part of. I'm the tear boss, and I'm a fuckin' lifer. - David Lee Roth

"In America, we believe big time in publicizing the shit out of 'we ain't talkin'.' First we make goddamn sure that everybody knows we ain't saying anything..." - David Lee Roth

Well, I don't know what to think. Yes, I believe some news will come before the end of the year. But, I don't know if the album is done or not. I sure like that website though! I had to bookmark that one.Peace out.

Depending how old that news is it could just be the remasters.

Well why would they have stated BIG news? Plus the post was the news for August 7, 2000.

If this is real at all, it is *HUGE* news!

Let me remind everyone that Warner Bros. has never said that anything is actually going on in the VH camp. If in fact there is a secret side to that position, as many of us suspect, this would be the first sign of it. Read the re-master press materials. They didn't sound anything like the tone of the aforementioned quote. In fact, WB has been stating that there are no new projects for the rest of the year, in the process perhaps giving too little credit to their own remasters. Seeing as though WB went so far as to accidently devalue their own remasters, its obvious the "we've got a huge surprpise for you" tone was not talking about the reissues.

But herein lies the problem: This is yet again another unproven rumour. DO NOT start bashing this guy, he didn't even post his info up here. Kudos to the sleuth who noticed this on the page.
