Please correct me if I'm fucking losing it, but didn't Van Halen buy a radio station several years back. This was during the Sammy years I do believe. I don't think I made this up, but hell, who knows. Out.

I've never heard of them ever buying a radio station, but that doesn't mean it didn't happen. Obviously they used to own the Cabo Wabo Cantina, which is now owned just by Sammy and another person. I have an interview CD in which Sammy states that he was still in VH when Ed, Al and Mike gave up their ownership of the Cantina. Sam seemed bitter that they'd made the decision, which Sam stated was a financial one.

For some reason Glenn I have it that they bought one. There is a thread around here talking about Van Halen songs being used for Musac. That struck a chord with me about a radio sation. The reason it sticks out is because the station was either all musac, or all Christmas, or clasical. Something not associated with Van Halen. I guess all of this waiting is making me make shit up.
