Around the time Sammy was fired, some group did a song ripping Van Halen---who did it?

Second question---Did Mikey and Sammy ever jam together in Cabo after Sam was booted. I remember hearing that, but never heard if it was true.

It was Nerf Herder or Nerf Ferder, I've got the video somewhere. It was kinda funny. They were some "alternative" type band. I think it was "pro" Dave era, but the kid in the video was wearing a Balance T shirt.

What's everyone else's take on it?
