View Full Version : What Are The Chances Of Them Playing Unreleased Pre-1978 Songs?

Would they be ballsy enough to play anything from the pre-1978 bootlegs? I would love to see them sneak in any of those obscure early gems (i.e. "Voodoo Queen," "Honolulu Baby," "Down in Flames" etc). That would really get the crowd goin'.
I doubt they'll do it because I know that they like to play a tight set and stick to the script. I'm not a fan of the Grateful Dead, but I wish they were more like the Dead in improvising and shaking up the setlist on a regular basis.

Yep, they'll play those inbetween "Can't Stop Loving You" and "Right Now."

All 200 that know them.
Everybody else would be headed out to get beer.

Yeah, to the exits to get a beer or take a piss. Nobody would know those songs, other than maybe about 20 people at each show who are members here.

Why should they? 'Nuff Material to pick up, I guess. I'm not that sure, if this first Tour will contain that many suprises.

Down in Flames would be awesome.
However, my guess is that it will be confined to the first six albums.
Which means no MWM or CGTSNM.
It won't happen, but I'd love to hear "She's the woman."
Of course, it has the bridge from "Mean Street" in it...
