I'm sure you've heard this a ton...but as a new visitor, I just wanted to say that this site kicks ass! I remember trying to find a decent VH site several years ago and, of course, found nothing. Didn't look again until a month or so ago and found the "links".

How do you do this and keep a job...or is this your job?

Fortunately I have a job that allows me time to spend doing this, I also do a lot of it at home as well. Running this place has become almost a full-time job though, as it has grown larger than I ever imagined.
