This is such a cool song . Summer of 88 I lost my virginity to this song , oh man freshman year in high school . The solo by Ed is one of my favorites , the echo and all , it gives me goosebumps . All I know is when I first heard this song I was floored . It kind of reminds me of the band Cream , just the way it is played , about the only song off of ou812 where you can hear Mike's bass . great background vocals also . This tune should have been played on the 91 , 93 , 95 , and even the 98 tour . It kicks ass!!!All I know is I was screwing my brains out that summer and this song was playing in my head the whole time . I ended up loosing the girl but 2 years later we hooked up again

My sentiments exactly ED!Kinda thought it was VERY underrated.Imagine how that whole album will sound if ED VH ever decides to remaster it huh?

Ditto to Ed6150 & viking. Black And Blue is my favorite song off OU812. That and When It's Love are actually the only two songs I really like off that album.

I agree with the Homeunit on this one. Song is cool, but the lyrics drag it down IMO.
