Busch Stadium in St Louis many times
Kauffman Stadium in Kansas City
Wrigley Field several times
Fenway Park

Wrigley and Fenway were, by far, the best.

Mainly Yankee Stadium when I was growing up. Whatever you think of the Yanks, the House That Ruth Built is in a class of its' own, and not to be missed. graemlins/thumb.gif

Been up to Cincy a few times since moving to Lexington, KY 20 years ago, but their stadiums have sucked and I hate the team anyway. graemlins/irked.gif LOL :D

We have a Class A team for Houston (Lexington Legends) here in town now, and the ballpark is phenomenal (Legends field).

Ooh, almost forgot, I've went to Jacob's Field last year. How could I forget, it was the biggest comback in ML history. The Indians came back and beat the M's.

Goin' to Fenway this summer to see the Twins / Red Sox!!

I've been to a handful of ML stadiums, don't recall the names.

You should check out the MLB 2002 thread. billy007 has been to just about every MLB ballpark and has a review of them all, very cool.

When it comes to the majors, I've been to Qualcomm Stadium, and that's it. I'm hoping to take a trip to Turner Field real soon though. smile.gif

And down here, we watch our Class-A South Atlantic League RiverDogs in the friendly confines of Riley Park, among the best facilities in the minors. graemlins/thumb.gif

Had a couple friends who traveled the country one summer during college and I think they managed to hit 23 of the parks, of course a lot of new ones have been added since then.

For me:

Dodger Stadium (if you've never been there, go there, it's a beautiful place)
Anaheim-Edison Field (whatever the hell it's called now)
Veterans Stadium, Philly (ugh what a pit, sorry Philly fans)
Oakland-Alameda Coliseum

billy, you HAVE to make a trip back to Pittsburgh for the new stadium. PNC Park is something to experience! Just make sure you park in town and walk across the old 6th St. bridge (now the Roberto Clemente bridge) to drink it all in.

I was thinking of the stadiums that I have been to and I started to realize that a lot of them have been torn down. Then I went into a spiral of depression as I saw my long life passing in front of my eyes, realizing that I am quickly approaching the 9th inning myself...

Did you ever encounter a vendor there that used to roam the stands shouting "Beep Beep Beep - Ice cold Coke" and by the end of the game he'd just shout "Beep Beep Beep..." and the fans would respond "Ice cold Coke"? Was at the game I went to in 1987 - guy was a trip!

No, I didn't but you were probably in better seats than I. I used to pay $4 to sit in the bleachers. Back then you didn't get much service up there but still...what GREAT seats they were! Even though just 35 years old....I am forced to say 'those were the days'!!

Gee, I'm having a tough time with this one. Let's see, I seem to remember being a Busch Stadium once...now when was it? Hmm... Let me pull out my calendar. Ah, yes, I seem to remember that two teams wearing red were playing. It was also strange seeing one of the teams have to use their pitcher as a batter. That was quite foreign to me. And yes, now that I think about it, it was a crisp time of year, the time of year that leaves turn golden red and yellow in New England. Let's see here, ah September, October. Yes, October it was. Scanning the dates...scanning the dates. I have the date October 27 circled for some reason. Wait one moment...I'll check mlb.com. Ooh, it looks as if I'll have to check worldseries.com. Oh yes, game four it was. Jolly good time it was. I can die in peace.

That is an impressive list.

For me, its much smaller:
- Candlestick Park: Countless times between 1974-1999
- Pac Bell/ATT Park: 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003
- Oakland Coliseum: Countless times for Raiders games but once in 1993 for an A's game (Ironically, my beloved Raiders screwed up what was a pretty good baseball park)
- Anahiem Stadium: 2003
- Fenway: 2005
- Royals Stadium: 2006

Even though I've lived in Cincinnati for 4 years, I've yet to go to a Red's game. Going to remedy that soon.

Not very universal when it comes to stadiums I've been to.

Wrigley Field (41 games, as of now seven more this year)
New Comiskey Park / US Cellular Field (60+ games, as of now two more this year)
Old Busch Stadium (2 games)
Milwaukee County Stadium (1 game)
Miller Park (2 games, as of now two more this year)

Also been to Hohokam Park, which is the Cubs spring training facility. Also went to the Rockies' one, sadly I don't recall the name of the place. Either way, both visits were in 2005.

I lived on the South Side for twelve years, and all my friends growing up there were Sox fans. Whenever I was invited to baseball games, they were always at Comiskey / US Cellular. Which is why over an average summer I'd go to about ten Sox games and maybe four or five Cubs games (My grandpa always took me to Cubs games, but he was just one person at age 70 and couldn't take me to as many. The rest of my family aren't and were never as rabid as he was and I am).

These days I attend more Cubs games than Sox games because I have more control over it now. I still hit an average of five to six Sox games a year, though, because of my friends.
