does anyone know the story behind the 3 legged dog at the very end of live: right here, right now(VHS),about 1 min after the snow?

Anybody?

I'm guessing this was the editor/director/producers idea of something funny to put in. I work in the wonderful world of video and we're always fucking around at the beginning and end of shit. It just amuses us because the work can become some tedious, yet "cookie-cutterish". So a little comedy can go a long way.
