There was no contact with the crowd - even the ring folks couldn't reach the stage. I couldn't help but think of the last tour and how interactive Mike and Sammy were with the crowd. I will say though, Wolfie did a great job and seemed to belong there. It was great to see the chemistry with him and Eddie. That's all for now as I'm on a cell phone after the show. Will post more later.

Did we see the same show? I was in Greensboro...and I give Dave mad props for being very engaging with the crowd. I was front row on the ramp and he passed me at least a dozen times...in fact shook my hand and several people around me. He spent a lot of time on the ramp interacting with the crowd.

Newfie was right about Dave not interacting with the people in the first few rows (I know I was in the 3rd row in the pit). He didn't sign stuff and high five every guy in the first row like Sammy does. And to be honest, I was pretty happy he was like that. Dave was playing to the whole crowd not the 100 people in the first 3 rows. The guys in the back pay for their tickets too.
