No compassion, he's just an idiot. He made more than enough money to be generous. He's got an agent who I'm sure explained this stuff to him - he was just stupid.

sometimes. I feel bad for people who had bad stuff happen to them that they have no control over. I can't feel bad for someone who owns 10 luxury cars and then goes broke. It's just not in me.

Just back from the Raps game. If i were a Cavs fan I'd start to get concerned. Raps looked good.
they should bring back the replacement refs to take over for this clown - this might have been the worst job I've seen in years by a ref. Sean Corbin - u suck.

Shaq making a huge difference. LOL
The Cavs are done, Orlando and Boston have totally past them by. Their loss to Orlando was no fluke.

he's making a differnce alright, he can't run up court without being winded. he's getting in the way of the offence, the one run they made (thanks mostly to the ref mentioned above) was when shaq was glued to the bench. I said it at the time, he is a bad fit for that club.
on another note, i get star calls. i understand the system. i know jordan gets calls that Starks doesn't get. Fine. But for the love of all that is good in this world. would these refs stop with the Lebron love-in. Fuck. You can't look at him without it being a foul. And apparently everything with him is considered continuation - he'd not get fouled, then whistle, then a dribble, 5 steps and a layup and it counts. My god, it's sickening. He's good - he doesn't need all the help.

Dwyane Wade gets that same treatment. F LePout. That team sucks, Shaq getting owned by Bosh and Bargnani. You will never win a title with Anderson Varajao starting at forward...worthless.

varajao was terrible - he's not a starter.
Andrea (when he wasn't getting owned by the ref) was kiliing Shaq. It was almost sad (but i was laughing) to see him beg Shaq to come guard him 20 feet from the hoop.
i honestly haven't noticed the same level of calls for Wade. Wade seems very good at creating contact and he gets those calls everyime. With James, the thought of contact is a foul.

Flipped over to the Celts with about 3 1/2 minutes left in the game and the Bobcats only had 54 points. WTF?

The league makes most of their TV money on the Lakers, just like baseball with the Yankees, Cowboys in football. Just the way it is. Better ratings watching the Lakers beat the Clippers, than Dallas vs. Washington or something, whether it's a better game or not.

I wasn't criticizing the Lakers. They're obviously very good. Would have been nice to watch them play a contender (or at least a team worth a crap) on opening night is all. I don't think the league wanted the Lakers at risk of getting pushed around on their ring ceremony night. The Clippers. That's fine and all for the league and Lakers I guess. Just doesn't make for good basketball.
And what more do I expect? Well after watching the Lakers bench fags play ring around the rosy before games this season then I'd expect them all to blow pink confetti out their asses after every win too.

i agree with you on this Wruff. They should feature a better matchup on opening night. But they like to feature the #1 pick instead - Mr Griffin's knee did not go along with the plan though.
