A foxy Philly anchorwoman - who once e-mailed sexy swimsuit snaps to a married TV talking head - became an anger woman yesterday, calling a female NYPD cop a "dyke bitch" and slugging her in the face, law-enforcement sources said.
Alycia Lane - an anchor for Philadelphia's KYW-TV and a former TV reporter in The Bronx - was in a cab with her hunky boyfriend, K-Rock ex-jock Chris Booker, when they got stuck behind a slow-moving, unmarked police car in Chelsea, the sources said.
When the unmarked car stopped for a red light at Ninth Avenue and 17th Street, Booker, 36, went over to the vehicle to find out what was causing the delay.
When apparently told the occupants were officers looking for a perp, he yelled, "I don't care if you're a cop! Drive faster!" the sources said.
The three officers inside, two men and a woman, got out and began questioning Booker, now a deejay with Q102 in Philadelphia, the sources said.
The petite, twice-divorced Lane, 35, then also got out of the cab and began snapping photos, getting in the face of a male cop doing most of the grilling, the sources said.
The female cop told the anchor, "You can take pictures, but you have to step back," the sources said.
Lane went ballistic, shouting that she was a TV reporter and declaring, "I don't care that you're a cop - you dyke bitch!" the sources said.
Then she allegedly walloped the officer in the face.
Lane - whose lawyer said she didn't know the three were cops - was taken to the 10th Precinct station house, where she was charged with assaulting an officer.
The cop was treated at a hospital and released.
A KYW spokeswoman said, "We are very concerned for Alycia. We are still trying to sort out exactly what happened."
She declined to comment on whether the anchorwoman might be suspended.
Crying so hard that her makeup ran down her face, Lane was taken to Central Booking for arraignment.
Her red-rimmed eyes a sharp contrast to her sleek, black jacket and pants, Lane was released without bail and shared a 30-second hug with Booker.
The couple left in a white SUV.
Lane's lawyer, David Smith, said she "absolutely never hit or made any derogatory comments to anyone."
"She was accosted by several individuals wearing plainclothes who violently grabbed her camera to prevent her from taking pictures of the altercation they were involved in," Smith said.
He said Lane "was shocked to learn that these people were police officers after the fact."
Lane, a Long Island native, is a former reporter and anchor for cable station News 12 in The Bronx and covered the 1999 shooting of Amadou Diallo, the unarmed immigrant killed by 40 police bullets.
She refused to disclose who was in the cab with her, saying only, "Several friends."
A KYW source said Lane and another couple were there, but the law-enforcement sources insisted only the anchor and Booker were in the cab.
As Page Six reported last May, Lane e-mailed bikini photos of herself to NFL Network anchorman Rich Eisen, only to have them discovered by his wife, Suzy Shuster.
A seething Shuster fired off a stinging letter to Lane, saying, "Boy do you look amazing in a bikini . . . congrats! Whatever you're doing (Pilates? yoga?) keep it up."
Lane dated WCBS-TV anchor Chris Wragge, who is separated from former Playboy Playmate of the Year Victoria Silvstedt, but they called it quits in October.
Booker, a former deejay for WXRK-FM, was a regular on the old Howard Stern show, using the moniker Booger.

May 1, 2007 -- FOXY Philadelphia TV reporter Alycia Lane is in hot water after a series of private e-mails and saucy snapshots she sent to handsome NFL Network anchorman Rich Eisen were intercepted by his wife.
Suzy Shuster, a sideline reporter for ABC's college football broadcasts, hit the roof when she discovered seven e-mails and several bikini photos sent by Lane - who works for CBS affiliate WKYW-TV and is recently divorced - to an account she and her husband, Eisen, share. That had Shuster firing off to Lane a scathing letter, a copy of which was obtained by Page Six.
A seething Shuster wrote: "Boy, do you look amazing in a bikini . . . congrats! Whatever you're doing, (Pilates? yoga?) keep doing it - it's working for you. Anyway, sorry but those seven e-mails you sent to my husband, Rich, well, oops, they came to the e-mail address we both use from time to time, but no worries, I'll forward the beach shots as well as the ones of you dancing with your friends on to his main address. Do you have it?"
She then provides her hubby's private e-mail, "since you surely are trying so hard to get his attention. I mean, what better way to get a guy's attention than with skin! Best - Suzy Shuster Eisen"
A source told Page Six: "Alycia is divorced and apparently looking for love again in all the wrong places. She sent [Eisen] an e-mail saying she was going to L.A., and she attached some risqué pictures just to whet his appetite. But, whoops, Rich is married to Suzy."
Both Lane and Eisen declined to comment, and Shuster did not respond to our e-mail.
Lane, a Long Island native, has had at least one awkward moment with a famous man before. Last year, she jetted to Monaco to interview Prince Albert on the 50th anniversary of Princess Grace's wedding and got invited to a private party at the palace.
In a photo seen by Page Six, the then-newlywed journo was seen cheek to cheek with Albert, her arms wrapped around him. In another, they're holding hands and dancing. Lane insisted there was no canoodling or risqué behavior.
