*** Cincinnati Reviews ***
This was the best show I think I've ever seen. The whole group was on tonight. Wolfgang has progressed quite a bit since I saw them in Indianapolis last year. He looks much more comfortable up there. More loose.
Same setlist, of course, but I didn't care. I knew that was going to be the case going in. The opening act was really good as well. I didn't catch their name, though.
I didn't wear earplugs tonight. I don't know if it was where I was sitting or if they turned the volume down a little, but it didn't seem nearly as loud as it did in Indy. My neighbor was supposed to go with me tonight, but he backed out because his wife's dad was taking them out to dinner and to the casino for her birthday (which was Sunday). I was pissed, but it worked out well because he gave me his ticket and I was able to trade them to a scalper for a better seat. Plus, I had a good looking woman sitting next to me.
No cigarettes for Ed tonight (that I could see), which is a good thing. His solo was much better (and shorter) than in Indy. Dave said early on in the night that this would be the best show so far on this tour and he may be right. Hot for Teacher sounded a little off to me, but it may have just been my ears.
