That is such a great AC/DC ripoff and I don't mean that in a negative way at all. They've been around so long that they rip themselves off sometimes. It's like Ed said, "They play one song over and over, but it's a great fuckin' song!"

I don't see that tune as AC/DC style AT ALL. But to each their own. It's A LOT harder than AC/DC.

the next CHICKENFOOT cd better have some hits... something to bump them to the next level.. they wont have the "supergroup" or "former Van Halen" controversy and hype behind them next time...
I dig the CD but its really a multiple listen before something jumps out at ya...

Bump them to the next level meaning what? This band is for the fans. I really doubt these guys are trying to reach new heights of fame and fortune with this. They have all reached the height of their fortune and fame.

AND, as far as "having some hits" goes, imo My Kinda Girl, Sexy Little Thing and Learning To Fall could easily BE hits if the entire bullshit music business wasn't set up the way it is now as far as radio stations only playing the shit music that they play and really get behind! The sad thing is, is that if a song like My Kinda Girl for example were put out by some young current shit pop-rock type group it would be all over the fucking radio, no question about that. It's such a shame just on general fucking principal alone, but oh well as long as they keep putting out this kind of awesome music for us and keep touring, I guess that's all that matters.

I think (if it comes up) you'll see that Sam has had some amazing tunes throughout the years...
