Can someone please tape this show and put it up on the web. Us poor bastards here is Australia can't get it and my real player never works when I try to listen in to USA stations!

I am going to try and get this recorded, but it will be a little tricky as I will be at work.

Either way, I will be forced to listen to this very STUPID morning show. (sorry, I just dont like the Bob & Tom show - Just me though)

It's not the best show, but here in Raleigh we don't have too many choices. Dave will be on in a few minutes.

Here's a condensed version of what went on:

- acoustic "Jump", Dave sounded a little hoarse, but it was early AM on FM...
- Dave said he's as American as fried chicken and a pitcher of iced tea, then all joked about Long Island Iced Teas...
- B&T asked what his first band was (Red Ball Jets)...
- annoying version of "Panama" (jumbled and hoarse), Dave joked that it was named after a stripper from Albuquerque...
- started martial arts on his 12th birthday, Mojo Dojo...
- Dave joked about being a black man trapped in a Jewish body...
- "Ice Cream Man" - not much effort to do the song correct or well (Dave being Dave)...
- said Sam's set was pretty involved with a bunch of people on stage and his was bare-bones, no paint (b.s. I'm sure)...
- joked around, said he was America's favorite action-figure...
- B&T asked if he'd seen celebrity boxing and Dave said he'd heard tonight's had Darva Conger vs. Sammy's bass player (Mona)! Funny stuff...
- B&T joked Dave's the guy who put Jew in Jujitsu...
- "Little Dreamer" - sounded MUCH better - Dave is now warmed up...
- caller (Wendy from KY) gets cut off after 2 secs. and Dave jokes that that time period qualifies as a relationship for him. Then Wendy comes back on to praise Dave...
- unknown (off-the-cuff?) tune dedicated to Wendy...
- "Mean Street" - Dave joked about remembering the lyrics during the song...
- Dave spoke favorably about "The Osbournes"...
- joked about Sam wanting to flip a coin for headlining rights at the first show and Dave says he'd rather flip a blonde and call tails every time...
- "Pretty Woman" , Dave jokes about how Roy Orbison looks like the guy in K-PAX (Spacey)...
- B&T asked where "Diamond" came from and Dave said where he went to school it was 95% black and when he walked up to his friends they'd say: "Hey, it's the Diamond one, Diamond Dave"...
- "Dance The Night Away" - sounded good...
- Dave jokes about who the millenium will remember - Bill Gates or Hugh Hefner and "who would you rather be?"...

Overall it was funny and good to hear Dave again. He is as crazy as ever and he didn't rip on Sammy once!! Ok, he ripped Mona, but not Sammy!

Man... it appears that to listen to the streaming version you have to be a paid and sbuscribing memeber! Thank you... but no thanks!

Hope he was as fun for you guys as he was to listen here in Chicago... and the streaming stuff in Kansas and Texas...

Anybody out there no anything about the last song he sings as he's on his way to wrapping up the "show?" I think it might be called Tin Cup.

just talked with a friend of mine who live in Indy (and is listening to these guys on the air with Dave). Guess they asked him about the internet, and Dave's response was, "I don't get between the proverbial sheets when it comes to getting online. I don't have time for that. I spend my spare time reading. Philosophy, history and sex and violence."

Guess that's why he didn't bite when the male caller on the Chicago show mentioned the Army.

I listened and recorded (MP3'd already, baby!) but I missed the first part of it. I started recording at the end of Little Dreamer. You don't have to pay to listen. You only have to pay to be a VIP member and listen to archived audio.

The Tin Cup song is actually "Tin Cup Chalice" by Jimmy Buffet.
