pretty standard stuff...hell american bandstand had people lip syncing until they went off the air in the late 80's...
i've just always wondered what the audience, sitting so close to the band is thinking. You know...watching DLR mouthing words, not hearing anything coming out of the invisible amps...and seeing Alex just lightly hitting drums and cymbals.

I suspected lip-syncing, but that's not what I was noticing...
It was DLR's over-the-top male-dancer act in this performance, and all, that I thought was too much, i m o.
