Formed in 1983 (yes, 1983!), this band has gone through several lineup changes, but the spirit of Van Halen is still alive and well. Among their alumni is Extreme/Steve Vai drummer, Mike Mangini. Diver Down has played up and down the East Coast and performed at the David Lee Roth Convention in NYC in 1999. Although the band is dedicated to the David Lee Roth-era of Van Halen, Diver Down was recently joined on stage by former VH singer, Gary Cherone!
