The "Heel from Hell" as he calls it is really not an issue - just have a look at a Strat or a Les Paul, and you will see that the heel on a PRS is no worse than either of those. Funny how he loast his dealership with PRS guitars aroung 1995, so now he disses them . What a fat loser !!
